In her update to Parliament concerning the major internet disruptions experienced on March 18th, Minister Ursula Owusu-Ekuful emphasized the importance of operationalizing RASCOM (Regional African Satellite Communication) to encourage collaboration among African countries rather than individual country initiatives.
