Nigerian startup alGROWithm has secured funding to expand its Growth Talent Accelerator Programme to six African countries, providing tailored ed-tech solutions for growth hackers.
With backing from Digital Africa, alGROWithm plans to provide scholarships for aspiring growth hackers to enroll in its programmes and extend its training initiatives into new African markets.

The expansion now includes Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and South Africa, alongside its original bases in Nigeria and Ghana.
Bili Sule, founder and chief growth officer of alGROWithm, emphasized the increasing demand for growth hacking talent and the need for companies to up-skill their existing teams. The success of the Pro model with companies like Paga, Figorr, and Kebble has reinforced the decision to offer both propositions moving forward. alGROWithm aims to train over 150 growth leads across East, West, and Southern Africa in the coming year, underscoring its dedication to addressing the growth talent gap in the ecosystem and driving African businesses to greater success.
