OpenAI has introduced SearchGPT, a new AI-powered search engine that provides real-time access to information across the internet. Featuring a “What are you looking for?” search bar, SearchGPT organizes and interprets user queries to deliver relevant results. Users can ask follow-up questions or explore additional relevant links via a sidebar.
For example, if a user searches for “music festivals in Boone, North Carolina in August 2024,” SearchGPT provides up-to-date information sourced from the web, including links to the original content.
