The Innovest Ignite Lagos accelerator, in collaboration with Techpoint Africa, has put plans in place to support 5,000 African startups over six years. It provides mentorship, funding, and a global network to early-stage Nigerian startups. Three startups will receive $20,000 in equity funding at the program’s conclusion, with continued support for all participants.

  1. Lucred: Offers users credit of up to ₦200,000 for use at over 1,000 merchant locations, with quick approval times.
  2. Influsights: Streamlines influencer marketing campaigns for businesses and provides valuable insights.
  3. Mage: Provides financial services tailored to creative businesses, including spend management, payments, and credit, along with analytics tools.
  4. Bunce: A payment automation and customer value management platform helping businesses identify revenue opportunities and enhance services.
  5. SmartPharm: Enables users to access healthcare products through its app, saving time and providing location-based pharmacy information.
  6. Pap: A gamified search engine assisting climate-friendly projects in raising capital, with users earning points for rewards.
  7. Belarush: Facilitates food and grocery delivery for Nigerian universities, with over 15,000 orders delivered since March 2023.
  8. Run: Offers last-mile delivery services to businesses and individuals, completing over 150,000 deliveries in three years.
  9. OfficeAjo: Digitizes the traditional ‘ajo’ system, allowing verified employees to contribute and withdraw specific amounts from a pool for interest-free financing.
  10. Blueroomcare: Provides affordable therapy solutions to Nigerians, offering access to qualified therapists and faith-based counseling.

These startups represent a diverse range of innovative solutions addressing various challenges in Nigeria, from financial services to healthcare and delivery logistics.
