The initiative was inaugurated in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Joseph Dion Ngute and local dignitaries, and will initially include three kiosks in Idenau, Santa, and Tombel, with plans to establish a total of 10 kiosks by 2025.

The kiosks will facilitate e-commerce, e-education, e-health, and e-governance activities, as well as serve as data collection points for health-related community information.

These kiosks, powered by nearby tower hybrid solutions, feature four charging points and provide free access to local residents. Additionally, IHS will collaborate with NGOs to leverage the Tower Kiosk initiative for creating economic opportunities and fostering community stability, especially in areas affected by security challenges.
