Warner Music Group (WMG) and Audiomack have broadened their licensing agreement, making WMG’s extensive music catalog accessible in 47 additional countries. This expansion enhances Audiomack’s presence in key markets and provides WMG artists with a wider global audience.
With this deal, music lovers in the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Mexico, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and the Caribbean, among others, can now stream WMG’s catalog. These regions join existing markets such as the US, Canada, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, where WMG’s music is already available on Audiomack.
This partnership reflects Audiomack’s growing influence in emerging markets, particularly Africa, where it has been expanding since 2019. WMG’s EVP, Allan Coye, emphasized the importance of this deal in connecting artists with fans worldwide, while Audiomack’s CMO, David Ponte, highlighted the platform’s evolution into a truly global streaming service.
As Audiomack continues its international growth, this collaboration cements its role as a major player in the music streaming industry, ensuring that artists reach audiences across diverse and dynamic markets.
