Sudo Africa provides the infrastructure for organizations to instantly issue both physical and virtual NGN and USD programmable cards.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Growth and Brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and enhance the brand presence of our organization. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Team Lead – Growth & Brand at Sudo Africa, your primary duties include.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Lead the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in growth and brand strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to align growth and brand strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of growth and brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Present regular reports and updates to senior management on progress, results, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance for improvement, team culture, promoting creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or related field with 5 – 7 years’ experience as a Team Lead in Growth & Brand or similar role.
  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or growth marketing with a focus on digital channels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
  • Knowledge of branding principles, market research, and customer segmentation
